- Operational data — fuel transactions, spend limits, vehicles, invoices, payments, disbursements and related records you enter.

2. How we use your data
- To provide, secure and improve the platform and its features.
- To isolate and protect each company's records under strict multi-tenant separation.
- To process billing, onboarding and support requests.

3. Data isolation & security
Each company account (team) is logically isolated. Records are scoped so that no company can read another company's data. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, activity logging and least-privilege permissions across the platform.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure and communication providers strictly necessary to operate the service, or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting and operational obligations. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Account administrators can manage most user data directly within the platform.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure sessions. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
